By enrolling in the Treasure Hint Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Participation in the Program is free and optional.

1.1 Eligibility
To enroll, you must submit accurate, complete information during registration.
We may approve or decline applications at our discretion, including those related to any content or activity that is unlawful, harmful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our compliance standards.

1.2 Program Nature
Treasure Hint is a referral-based program. Members (“Participants”) earn compensation only when a referred individual or business completes a qualifying transaction with one of our verified partner service providers.

2.1 Accurate Representation
Participants must represent Treasure Hint accurately and in an ethical manner. Statements about earnings, opportunities, or services must remain factual and compliant with these Terms.

2.2 Legal Compliance
Participants must comply with all applicable laws regarding marketing, advertising, data privacy, and communications.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct
Participants may not:

• Misrepresent Treasure Hint, its partners, or their role.
• Promise or imply guaranteed earnings.
• Use spam, unsolicited communications, or misleading messaging.
• Promote illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Engage in fraudulent behavior, including false referrals or fabricated leads.
• Use language suggesting the Program is an income system, investment, or multilevel compensation structure.

3.1 Compensation Structure
Participants may earn referral compensation only when:
A submitted referral becomes a verified client of a Treasure Hint partner, and a qualifying transaction is completed successfully.

There is no compensation for:

• Recruiting members
• Team size
• Signups
• Internal program activity
• Downlines or overrides

3.2 Commission Rates & Payment
Commission rates are available in your Participant account.

Payments are issued after:

The partner provider confirms the completed transaction, and all applicable review and verification processes have been finalized. Commissions are not paid for canceled, refunded, or invalid transactions.

3.3 Tax Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earned compensation.

4.1 Use of Provided Materials
Treasure Hint may provide marketing resources for compliant use.
Participants may not alter, misuse, resell, or distribute materials in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

4.2 Ownership
All trademarks, branding, content, and materials remain the exclusive property of Treasure Hint.

5.1 Account Security
Participants are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity that occurs under their account.

5.2 Information Accuracy
Participants must maintain current and accurate account information.

5.3 Account Transfer
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned without written consent from Treasure Hint.

6.1 Privacy Compliance
Participants must comply with all applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR, where applicable).

6.2 Data Handling
Any personal information collected or shared as part of a referral activity must be handled securely and in accordance with applicable laws. Participants may not store, use, or distribute personal data outside the purpose of lawful referral activity.

Treasure Hint reserves the right to modify the Program or these Terms at any time.
Participants will be notified of material changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

8.1 Participant Termination
Participants may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice.

8.2 Treasure Hint Termination
Treasure Hint may suspend or terminate participation immediately for:

• Non-compliance with these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Misrepresentation
• Harmful or unethical conduct

8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, Participants must discontinue all use of Treasure Hint materials.
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from policy violations.

9.1 Earnings & Program Disclosure (Required)
Earnings are commission-based and depend on individual activity and successful completed sales. No income or rewards are guaranteed. Treasure Hint does not offer multi-level earnings, team-based compensation, or pay for recruitment. All services are delivered by partner providers; results and timelines may vary.

Treasure Hint is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or business, arising from participation in the Program.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Treasure Hint harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages resulting from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Program
• Misrepresentation or unlawful conduct

Participants may receive non-public information related to Treasure Hint or partner providers.
This information must be kept confidential and not disclosed without authorization.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain in full force.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between Treasure Hint and the Participant regarding the Program and supersede prior agreements.
